Museum of Maritime Science
The Museum of Maritime Science is a natural history museum which focuses on everything pertaining to the ocean and boats. They have a plethora of exquisitely-made model boats and other original documents. The museum is particularly interesting because of their interactive, educational hands-on exhibits. Their installations include cross sections of real boats and even a full-size conning tower (the raised platform on the top of a ship or submarine) from which you can see Tokyo Bay.
