Tokyo Guide > Tokyo Restaurants > Ramen > Menya Musashi Seisan
1 Review
One of Tokyo's most famous ramen shops. A line forms during lunch time, but the turn-around time is quick and the wait is surprisingly short. The neat interior accentuates the energetic atmosphere. The soup uses a fish-based stock, giving it a unique flavor. The noodles are flat and wide. Customers purchase meal tickets at the vending machine and hand them to staff members. At this point you'll be asked whether you prefer your soup "Assari-aji" (simple flavor), or "Kotteri-aji" (heavier flavor), and your choice completes your order.
