I had a little trouble finding this ramen restaurant. I asked another store in the area but they didn't know it, but a nice Japanese man overheard me asking and then volunteered to show me the way!
This restaurant is very small and all the seats are at the counter, however, then you get to watch them make the ramen right in front of you which is certainly entertaining and fun to watch.
I just ordered their normal tonkotsu ramen. I thought it was good but I didn't taste a noticeable difference in the soup which supposively uses water from Nagano. Of course it was quite good but probably not worth going all the way here unless you are in the area. The atmosphere of the restaurant is really nice, but probably best for a group of 2-3 people maximum.
